Online orders may be returned or exchanged within 20 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, with tickets attached, and accompanied by the original invoice. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the order. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping & handling charges will be incurred. We will credit you the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error or if merchandise is defective. Please return your purchase by mail to The Goalie's Den, 1977 E. Wattles Rd., Suite J., Troy, MI 48085. We will not accept C.O.D. shipments.
If you would like to return your purchase by mail, please state why you are returning the merchandise on the invoice. Include th original invoice and make a copy for your records. Allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you would like to make an exchange, state what you would like to receive in the exchange. Include the original invoice and keep a copy for your self. Thegoaliesden.com will ship the item you want to receive in exchange to the same Ship-to address on this packing slip. Thegoaliesden.com will pay standard shipping charges.
